Taiwan Travel Photos – Taipei Zoo, Maokong Gondola Cable Car, Taipei Main Station, Ximending Youth Shopping District
It was raining again when we went to the Taipei Zoo and rode the Maokong Cable Car. It was scary but exciting to ride the cable car while it was raining. When we reached the top, we just ate at the convenience store and headed back down. Because it was raining all you can see are clouds and rain.
Off to the zoo! This place is also huge and it was raining so we had an umbrella on one hand and the camera on the other. The highlight of the Zoo is the Panda. Make sure to visit it. Because it was raining, the animals were not in the mood to display themselves so I ended up with blurred photos and photos of their butt instead.
For tips on how to get to the Taipei Zoo and more, check out my Taiwan Travel Tips post here.
We also went around the Ximending Youth Shopping District which is dubbed as the Harajuku of Taiwan. There are lots of shops around and food stalls. The weather has finally gotten better when we went to Ximending so the photos look more lively.
